  • Zoom Phone + Twilio: Used to send SMS messages related to your treatment plan 

We maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all third-party vendors who handle PHI.

6. SMS Messaging and Consent

By providing your mobile number to Triad Behavioral Resources, you consent to receive non-marketing SMS messages regarding your care, such as:

  • Appointment reminders 
  • Medication and treatment updates 
  • Lab and toxicology instructions 
  • Links to join telehealth visits 

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We do not send SMS messages for promotional or marketing purposes.

Your SMS and phone number data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. SMS consent data is not included in any other category of shared information.
