At Triad Behavioral Resources (TBR), we’ve been delivering virtual addiction care across North Carolina for years. We share the same values Better Life Partners was built on — no judgment, no barriers, harm reduction, and meeting you exactly where you are. When we heard members were looking for a new home, we wanted to reach out and say: you are welcome here.

Your medications, continued
Buprenorphine, Suboxone, Vivitrol — we prescribe the same medications and will work with your existing regimen to prevent any gap in treatment.
Harm reduction, always
We don’t punish setbacks. Recovery isn’t a straight line, and our care team knows that. You will never be discharged for a relapse.
Virtual visits from home
No waiting rooms. No drives across the county. All appointments happen on your phone or computer, on your schedule.

Quick 15-minute intake
We’ll gather some basic information and verify your insurance. If you have records from Better Life Partners you’d like us to review, we can request those too.

Meet your provider — same day if possible
A virtual visit with one of our prescribers, often the same day you call. If you’re currently on medication, our goal is zero gap in your prescription.

We build your plan together
You’ll connect with your care team and set a recovery plan that fits your life — not a template.
